challenges I support and specialise in as a career coach

Take on an executive or managerial role

01 New executive or managerial role

New team, new culture, new expectations — stepping into a new executive or managerial role requires support, preparation and a strong leadership posture.
That’s why we work together on your credibility, executive presence, communication, and your ability to inspire trust from the very first weeks.

Career coaching objective: Find your balance between the confidence, credibility and authentic presence.

Being able to step confidently into your new executive or managerial role, establish a leadership style that feels both credible and authentic, build strong relationships with your team and peers early on, and face difficult decisions with clarity and confidence.
Middle career change and transition

02 Mid-career changes

After years of success, it’s completely natural to wonder whether you’re still on the right path.
Career coaching helps you reflect, realign your priorities, and reconnect with what truly matters in your career and life — without reinventing the wheel and starting from scratch.

Career coaching objective: Transform this period of doubt into new drive and meaning - both personally and professionally.

As a result of coaching, you’ll have a clear sense of what matters the most to you in your professional and personal life, define your priorities, and feel confident about your career choices, knowing exactly what changes to make to bring more energy into your life.

Career transition

03 Career transition

Changing paths shouldn’t be a jump into the unknown — it’s a project to build step by step.
I help you clarify your motivations, identify your strengths and transferable skills, and create a realistic and inspiring career plan.

Career coaching objective: Turn uncertainty into a clear, value-driven plan that reflects your values and aspirations.

As a result of coaching, you’ll have a clear, step-by-step career transition plan aligned with your values, built on your strengths, skills and competencies, with clear priorities and actions that give you the confidence and motivation to succeed in your new profession.

How do sessions with your career coach work?

Each session is your space to reflect, get a different perspective, explore the options, and choose clear action. We explore your current situation, identify your strengths and opportunities, and work on the obstacles that may be holding you back.

You’ll learn how to efficiently manage any external influence and keep social integrity. This will result in credible, coherent, and sustainable leadership, more successful and satisfying career and personal lfe.

Methods used: I apply systemic coaching and Authentic Intelligence™ to understand the interactions between your personality, experiences, environment, and goals, helping find the most effective ways for change.

Everything you need to know before starting work with a career coach

If you’re going through a period of doubt, emotional fatigue, or anxiety, therapy is better suited to help you rebuild a strong foundation.

If you want to move toward a clear goal, regain confidence in your actions, or prepare for a professional transition, coaching is an excellent option.

In fact, coaching helps you take back control of your time. The format is flexible, offering 60- to 90-minute sessions, either online or in Strasbourg, with clear follow-up between each session.

Yes — as long as you’re committed. You’ll move forward with a structured method, practical tools, and a personalised action plan. From the very first sessions, my clients notice more clarity, greater confidence, and the ability to make decisions without hesitation.

That’s actually a very good reason to start. Coaching helps you clarify what you really want and value in your life and at work. You understand your strengths and development opportunities and build a clear, realistic direction —whether it’s a career change, new role, new company, or an internal move.

Yes. I’ve seen many people jump into a career change in the heat of emotion, without thinking it through. Unfortunately, real life isn’t a movie — those leaps don’t always lead to happy endings.

That’s why we secure your transition together: financial scenarios, identifying your transferable skills, and building a clear repositioning strategy — so you can make a change without losing your stability.

My approach combines psychology, strategy, and practical actions. I understand how people feel, how the professional world works, and what it takes to get real results.

That’s why my method is simple and effective: structured, measurable, and adapted to your situation.

Instead of leaving with vague ideas or nice quotes, you walk away with clear decisions, practical tools, and concrete progress at every step.

This is the perfect moment. The first months in a new role are crucial. Coaching helps you step into your position with confidence, set clear priorities, and build trust with your new team.

The sessions can be held in any of the three languages: French, English or Russian.

Yes, online sessions are just as effective and well-structured as in-person sessions.

Ready for the next step in your career?

Change often starts with a simple conversation. Schedule your first session now, online or in person in Strasbourg, and clarify your priorities for the next three months.
